Jewels is an award-winning dancer, having recently won the esteemed title of Miss Emerald Rain 2009 in Washington, 2nd runner up at the La Danse Orientale contest in Tacoma, Washington, and 1st place Professional Bellydancer at the 2007 North Valley Bellydance Contest in California. She has been featured recently at the Electric Oasis show in Washington dancing alongside Amy Sigil of Unmata, and dancing with the Brothers of the Baladi on their recent tour. Her past performances have included:

She has had the honor of studying with Aziza, Zaina Hart, Astryd Farah de Michele, Lilah Perry, Hadia, Rachel George and Jane Archer. She is inspired by her many bellydance friends and supporters, and continues to strive to become the best dancer that she can be.
